This is a wonderful business for those 50+ who have been in the clerical world as administrative assistants, receptionists, executive assistants, office managers, and/or paralegals.

I placed this eBook here in honor of many wonderful years that I had and still have had my virtual assistant business. It was started as a side hustle in 2006, then grew into a full-time business a year later. 

While I loved virtual assistance, I felt led to coach others to find businesses that they could do.  I realized that 50+ workers were and still are facing many of the same work and life challenges that I had faced.

In 2014 when I met Dr. Valerie Young, my brainstorming and entrepreneurial skills really kicked in, and I became a certified Profiting From Your Passions™ Coach.  Honestly, I don’t think I would be the passionate coach that I am today without having started as a virtual assistant.  I saw firsthand how an online business could actually work.  While I still do some virtual assistance, my main focus is on coaching now.  

Yes, virtual assistance was my first full-time business as a self-employed individual.  Before then, everything else was just a side hustle, and I had had two of those: land lording and jewelry making.  This is why I want to coach others.  I want to help them find these kinds of opportunities.
