Too Often What Happens Is This…

One of two separate scenarios:

One: If you are still working after or around 50, you get fed up and just decide to quit your job. Then you try to find another job and your age gets in the way—so you can’t find another job. You give up and start a business using WAY TOO MUCH money from your retirement savings and that flops too.

So you cut your losses and run and try again to just get a job. The job you do get doesn’t pay much, so now you are back to thinking about a business. Now, you are running out of energy, time, money, and patience.

Two: If you have recently retired, you are on a quest to find fun, flexible, rewarding work, then as you are making progress—boom! You become so preoccupied with having fun that you wonder how you ever worked in the first place. So, progress is now stalled.

Are You Ready To Get Off This Proverbial Hamster Wheel?

Good, because it doesn’t have to be like this, and shouldn’t be like this at your age! You do still want to leave your mark on the world as the world experiences your meaningful and purposeful work, right?

So, again why work with me? If you are confused and overwhelmed then you obviously need direction. Just like the Good Book says, “They that are sick need a physician.” They that are stuck need a coach. If you have ever tried to do massive internet research, then you know how “noisy” it can get. There is so much information out there that it is hard to know what or who to believe.

People ask me all of the time, as a coach, why do I give away so much free advice and information on my website. The main reason is that I care. Another reason is that if you can grab some of my ideas and concepts and do it yourself, then you really didn’t need my help in the first place. You only needed a nudge not a coach.

Now, understand that I cannot give away all of my advice for free. However, I have given you enough ideas and resources that you can take what is there and run with it! You are always welcome to share your success story with me. I love reading success stories.

Even Way Back When…

Even when I was a virtual assistant, I actually had a knack for brainstorming. Many times my clients weren’t just looking for someone to reformat documents or type, they were clearly looking for ideas to grow their businesses. So, I started out coaching my own virtual assistant clients. Then later on in 2019, I began coaching “outsiders” or those who were NOT virtual assistant clients.

Before long, others also wanted to pick my brain. You could say that this has become my magnum opus.

One Mistake You Won’t Want to Make

Early on in my entrepreneurial journey, I became stuck. This caused me to make the mistake of contacting a “traditional” career coach. Now, please let me say that there is nothing wrong with this at all. Most of them do a tremendous job with what they do, but if you are a freelancer, side hustler, entrepreneur or aspire to be any of these—you need someone who has this type of career coaching experience. A traditional career coach will not ask the right questions.
